  • When they come up with the Texas-sized plastic bag with which to pick up the Pacific Garbage Flotilla, perhaps it could just be airlifted to Texas, which is the source of so much of the garbage of the 21st century, a little more won’t hurt it.

    We’ll just cordon off Austin.

considering the potential difficulty in locating glacier that isnt decreasing, perhaps Francis could have Mark’s jaw cast in plastic and added to the Pacific garbage patch for future generations to study..

  • etoile:

It is your mistake that you left open liquor near a fisherman. Everyone knows fisherman steal liquor. Especially French ones. Jeez.

  • steve:

Has anyone thought about what could happen if Mark’s teeth are the sole record of 21st century civilization? Mark, perhaps you should have a scrivner – a really tiny scriver – emboss every single episode of WRI onto your teeth just in case!

Funny show, I’ll definitely listen again.

Steve – you assume I haven’t already done that.

  • widelyr:

Devin – you assume Francis hasn’t already done that.

  • Damien:

You guys are kidding me, right? You really believe that theirs a trash dump in the middle of the ocean? You got pictures of that? Can you see it from space? Maybe you should get the ACLU involved.

    Ran Paul for President ’08!

Thank you for that, Damien. Here’s something for you to consider:

If you invert the first two words in your final sentence, you get a deeper truth!
