Welcome back, good episode, glad to hear Mark is on the mend. I absolutely agree with him about the video. I would love to see footage of my insides; how great would it be to watch my own heart laboring to beat.

For a pretty neat example of early surgery check out the pioneering Gaspare Tagliacozzi (it involved sewing the nose to the forearm).

    Mark, Francis,
I have made a donation of $5.00. Francis, please use the money to burrow a hole in Mark’s head. Mark, I hope your shoulder feels better.

How kind, all of you. Many thanks. I can assure you my 101 mile fastball is only months away. In the meantime, I plan to spend our first $5 on painkillers!

if you’d like to see video of your insides in real time (as opposed to going under and then watching the tape later), call your urologist and book a cystoscopy. You can be fully conscious and watch the screen as they peer around inside your bladder. It’s fascinating. And your penis never looks quite so large as when viewed through a scope that’s about to enter your urethra. Just saying.

Seems to me there’s money to be made here!
